A BILL to repeal section five, article two-b, chapter eighteen of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-
one, as amended, relating to the vesting of title to
vocational education property in the state board of education.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2B. AREA VOCATIONAL PROGRAM.
§1. Repeal of section relating to title to property.
Section five, article two-b, chapter eighteen of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of
the code involving the vesting of title to vocational education
property in the state department of education.
